Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations and stock inventory. The role requires proficiency in MIS (Management Information Systems) and advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis. The candidate must possess at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the store’s daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure adequate stock levels, accurate inventory management, and proper stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and stock levels, and generate regular reports using MIS tools and Excel.
• Supervise and train store staff.
• Monitor and maintain store presentation, ensuring cleanliness and product displays are in line with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
• Collaborate with senior management on store strategies, stock ordering, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in store management or retail operations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and reporting) and MIS systems.
• Proven experience in inventory and stock management.

Work Schedule:

• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Work Location: On-site, Dudu (Jaipur District), Rajasthan
• Timing: As per company schedule
