The ideal candidate will have a background in store operations and sales, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. This role combines leadership, customer engagement, and day-to-day management of the store. Key Responsibilities: Store Operations: Oversee all store operations including inventory, stock arrangement, cleanliness, and merchandising. Ensure the store is visually appealing and all display models are functioning properly. Handle all administrative tasks including billing, reports, and cash management. Sales Generation: Actively engage with walk-in customers to promote and sell electric cycles. Demonstrate product features, provide test rides, and explain financing options. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Track leads, follow up with prospective customers, and close deals effectively. Customer Service: Provide a positive customer experience by answering queries and handling complaints professionally. Ensure timely delivery and after-sales support. Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Update management on sales performance and store activities. Key Requirements: Proven experience in managing a retail store independently (2+ years preferred). Strong background in sales, preferably in the automobile, two-wheeler, or electric vehicle industry. Good communication and customer handling skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, billing software, etc.). Qualifications: Graduate or Diploma in Business/Marketing or related field.
