As we continue to expand, we are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Electrical Infrastructure Project Coordinators. We are looking for a confident and reliable store incharge to keep track of material inventory in RDSS Projects under Utility of State Government. The Assistant Store Manager's responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing store environment and issuing material to sub-contractors and coordinating with procurement team to maintain adequate availability of all material in store. To be successful as an Store incharge you should have strong leadership and decision-making skills. An outstanding candidate will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Receive and issue material as per requirement. Maintain proper records of inward and outward stock (manual and/or system). Update material register , bin card , and stock ledger daily. Ensure material is stored safely and properly (by category, type, etc.). Coordinate with the site engineer , purchase team , and HO for material requests. Perform daily/weekly/monthly stock reconciliation . Monitor material wastage and report damage/loss. Handle tools, equipment, and their return tracking. Maintain minimum stock level for critical items. Prepare MRN , GRN , issue slips , etc. Assistant Store Incharge Requirements: High school diploma electrical engineer or ITI any education with experience Person with Experience in Electrical Infrastructure company will be preferred. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Decision-making and problem-solving skills. Able to work a flexible schedule. Good math skills. Attention to detail. Should have knowledge of ERP. MS EXCEL MS WORD Understanding of electrical infrastructure projects and related processes. good knowledge in ms word ms excel Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
