Store Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage the inventory and material flow of components required for hydraulic hose assembly. The role involves maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring timely issue and receipt of goods, and supporting production with the necessary parts like hoses, fittings, ferrules, and related accessories. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials (hoses, fittings, ferrules, etc.), semi-finished and finished goods. Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock audits and reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and trigger reorders based on minimum stock levels. Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials as per company SOPs. Issue materials to the production team as per job orders or material requisition slips. Ensure proper labeling, binning, and safe storage of items. Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain stock registers (physical and/or ERP-based). Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and delivery challans. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and audit-ready. Coordination: Coordinate with the procurement, production, and quality teams for material planning and inventory updates. Follow up with vendors for material dispatch and delivery timelines (if applicable). Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety guidelines, and 5S practices in the store. Identify and report any discrepancies or non-conformities in material quality or quantity. Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, ITI or any relevant field.
