Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and document all inbound ICT/network equipment and accessories.
Store and organize inventory (e.g., routers, switches, patch panels, cables) with proper labeling and location tagging.
Issue material for field installations, project deployments, or RMA replacements as per standard procedures.
Coordinate with project and network teams for timely dispatch and returns of materials.
Monitor stock levels and assist in reordering processes to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/inventory management software.
Conduct regular physical verification and audits to reconcile inventory.
Handle damaged/returned/obsolete stock in coordination with the procurement and technical teams.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for outbound logistics.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store area according to health and safety regulations.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and movement reports.
