Job Title: Tele calling Agent / Financial Products Sales Executive (Stocks, Shares, Mutual Funds) Job Summary:We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecalling Agents with a passion for the financial markets to promote and sell investment products such as shares, stocks, and mutual funds. The role involves telephonic client interaction, lead conversion, and educating prospective investors about financial instruments. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of financial products, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Explain and promote financial products including equity stocks, mutual funds, SIPs. Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment products. Convert leads into sales through consistent follow-ups and client engagement. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated with market trends. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Work closely with relationship managers and sales heads to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Handle client queries, objections, and provide satisfactory resolutions. Requirements: Criteria Details: Education Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduate preferred (Finance, Commerce background)Experience0–2 years in telecalling/sales in BFSI (Freshers with good communication may apply)Certifications (Preferred)NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributor) / NISM Series VII (Equity Derivatives)Communication SkillsExcellent verbal skills in English and local languageTech ProficiencyComfortable with CRM tools, MS Excel, and online trading platformsOther Skills,Negotiation, persuasion, problem-solving, time management Work Environment Call center or branch-based setup. Job Type: Full-Time / WFO Salary Range:₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives (based on experience and performance) Positions: 2-3 Interview Slots Available for Monday: 4 Shift: 9 hours Rotational Timing, 6-working days.
