Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a STEM Trainer located in Jaipur. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging STEM-based lessons and activities to students. Daily tasks include preparing educational materials, conducting interactive sessions, providing hands-on training, assessing student progress, and offering feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborating with other educators and participating in curriculum development activities is also required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) subjects
• Experience in designing and delivering educational content and training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students through interactive and hands-on teaching methods
• Passion for STEM education and a commitment to fostering student success
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Engineering, or Science
• Prior teaching or training experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities
