Job Title: State Coordinator – North East Region (Female Preferred) Location: North East Region (Namchi or Tripura) Reports To: Regional Director/State Head Job Type: Full-time Job Purpose: Provide administrative support and coordinate regional activities in the North East. Manage communications, oversee operations, and assist with project coordination. Must have experience in PMKK,PMKVY,UPSDM,DAY-NULM,DDU-GKY or any other Government project for skill development in Education sector . Key Responsibilities: Admin Support: Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence for senior management. Coordination: Act as liaison, oversee logistics, and ensure smooth communication across teams. Reporting: Maintain records, prepare reports, and track project milestones. Field Support: Assist in coordinating outreach programs and field operations. Team Assistance: Support regional staff in achieving operational goals. Qualifications: Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in relevant field. Experience: 2-3 years in admin, coordination, or project management; prior experience in the North East region preferred. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; proficient in MS Office; regional language proficiency is a plus. Preferred: Experience in NGOs or community development. Female candidates preferred for community outreach roles. .
