A successful candidate will be leading a team of Manufacturing Engineers in the preparation of aircraft build plans, component fabrication plans, developing assembly work instructions and driving process standardization. The role would primarily focus on technical supervision for ME results, planning for emergent work statements and capability development. This position will also represent the team in external technical forums and shall collaborate with senior external personnel on significant technical matters.
