Sr.Art Director

Job Summary:

Visualization

animations for our UK-based furniture brand. The ideal candidate will bring a strong command of 3D

modelling tools such as Blender, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, and Maya, along with a refined visual aesthetic

and strong leadership capabilities.

In this role, you will manage and guide a team to deliver high-quality visuals, collaborate closely

with the Creative Director, and ensure all renders align with the brand’s vision. You will also be

responsible for providing design direction, maintaining visual consistency, and bringing our furniture

designs to life through engaging VFX and animations. A strong grasp of colour theory, design principles, and an artistic mindset is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders and visuals using industry-standard

software.

• Lead and mentor a team of 3D Visualizers to ensure the delivery of exceptional and

consistent output.

• Oversee the direction and execution of product animations and video content, ensuring

visual appeal and brand alignment.

• Conduct in-depth visual analysis of renders, identifying areas for improvement and

enhancement.

• Create compelling animations and VFX videos using advanced tools and techniques.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to review, refine, and elevate the visual

quality of 3D renders.

• Provide guidance on product design aesthetics, including color schemes, finishes, and

styling.

• Interpret and execute creative feedback and suggestions from leadership to deliver aligned

visual assets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Blender, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, and

Maya.

• Strong technical knowledge of design principles, with a solid understanding of color theory

and composition.

• A creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize unique visual ideas and bring them to

life.

• Demonstrates exceptional artistic skills with attention to detail and a refined aesthetic

sense.

• Sound understanding of graphic design, user experience, and visual storytelling principles.

• Prior experience in product design, visual development, or a similar creative environment is

highly desirable.

• Experience working in design and development.
