Sr. US IT Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. The US IT Recruiter will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential IT candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Screen and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific IT roles.

Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.

Client Relationship Management:

Collaborate with clients to understand their IT staffing requirements and ensure a thorough understanding of their business needs.

Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of open positions and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Job Posting and Advertising:

Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions for IT positions.

Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Interview Coordination:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing necessary information, feedback, and timely communication.

Candidate Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through regular communication and follow-up.

Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have 3 to 4 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter with a focus on technical roles.

Strong knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and industry-specific requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,475.71 - ₹46,209.56 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
