  , specializing in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies and domains (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).

• Recruitment Expertise

  :
• Skilled in

  end-to-end recruitment life cycle

  : requirement gathering, sourcing (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of

  US employment types

  (W2, C2C, 1099),

  work authorizations

  (US Citizens, GC, H1B, EADs), and

  visa transfers

  .
• Adept at working in

  high-pressure agency environments

  , meeting tight deadlines and delivering quality candidates to Fortune 500 clients.

• Client & Vendor Interaction

• Experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships with

• Proficient in handling

  VMS systems

  like Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.
