Sr. Travel Consultant - International

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve or surpass individual sales targets for international travel packages
• Design and sell tailor-made international itineraries, including multi-country trips, luxury getaways, and special-interest tours
• Stay informed about global destinations, visa regulations, travel restrictions, and emerging travel trends
• Recommend and upsell upgrades such as business/first-class flights, exclusive accommodations, travel insurance, guided tours, and more
• Coordinate with internal operations and third-party suppliers to ensure accurate bookings, smooth transitions, and timely service delivery
• Provide expert travel advice and personalized service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in international travel sales
• Proven success in achieving sales goals within a high-performance travel environment
• Strong knowledge of international travel destinations, airlines, visa processes, and cultural considerations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and itineraries, and resolve travel issues efficiently
