About the Role

Are you a strategic automation leader ready to define test architectures and mentor teams? Venkat Tech is hiring Senior Automation Engineers / QA Managers to drive scalable quality assurance for German client. Lead test initiatives, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and shape the future of automation in a fast-evolving tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define test architecture, best practices, and scalable automation frameworks.
• Lead automation projects, ensuring maintainability and clean code principles.
• Mentor junior/professional engineers and conduct peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate QA into deployment pipelines.
• Drive device compatibility testing strategies and performance coverage.
• Proactively introduce tools, techniques, and innovations to improve QA outcomes.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of test automation experience in JavaScript/TypeScript-based frameworks.
• Expertise in Playwright, Cypress, and other modern test frameworks.
• Proven record of CI/CD integration with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of QA metrics, test coverage strategy, and pipeline scaling.
• Experience mentoring teams, driving test strategy, and stakeholder communication.
