Sr. Revit BIM Engineer

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Revit Modeler & Drafter – Structural with 3+ years of experience in developing accurate and detailed 3D models for structural and MEP components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Revit Structure and Revit MEP, with a good understanding of civil/structural elements and project coordination in a BIM environment.

Key Responsibilities

⦁ Create and manage Revit models for Structural and MEP systems across residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

⦁ Prepare detailed 2D drawings, sections, and schedules from the Revit model.

⦁ Ensure models are developed in accordance with project standards, BIM execution plans, and LOD requirements.

⦁ Coordinate and collaborate with architectural and MEP modeling teams for clash detection and model integration.

⦁ Maintain model integrity and manage linked models, views, and sheets.

⦁ Incorporate redlines, mark-ups, and design changes into the model efficiently.

⦁ Participate in internal model reviews and resolve coordination issues.

⦁ Export models/drawings for client deliverables and fabrication/shop drawing purposes.

Education:

⦁ Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant field

Software Expertise:

⦁ Strong proficiency in Revit (Structure + MEP)

⦁ Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and basic knowledge of BIM coordination tools

⦁ Knowledge of LOD standards and BIM workflows is preferred
