Sr. Project Engineer

We are seeking a technically sound and execution-driven Project Engineer to oversee and manage drilling projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution, monitoring on-site activities, coordinating with field teams, and managing technical documentation, progress billing, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Coordinate and supervise the execution of drilling projects
• Ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety norms, and approved methodologies.
• Mobilisation of resources as per site requirements.

Site Supervision & Monitoring:

• Identify and resolve on-ground challenges related to sites, equipment, or manpower etc
• Maintain coordination with site supervisors, machine operators, and subcontractors.

Client Coordination & Reporting:

• Serve as a technical liaison between the company and client representatives.
• Provide periodic updates, progress reports, and site photos to the client & mgmt
• Ensure timely communication and compliance with instructions or approvals from the client.

Progress Billing & Documentation:

• Track physical progress and prepare measurement sheets, joint inspection records, and completion certificates.
• Coordinate with internal billing teams for timely preparation and submission of RA bills.
• Maintain all project documentation including drilling logs, bore completion reports, water quality records, and approvals.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure all drilling and development works meet prescribed quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain and update documentation for audits, inspections, and project handovers including stock reconciliation & fulfilment of material requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per day
