Experience: 2-3 years Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry to lead and support integrated marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and product promotions. The ideal candidate will bring industry insights, digital marketing expertise, and a keen eye for customer trends—especially in the context of B2C and B2B segments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies for new product launches and existing product lines in alignment with sales and business objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. Manage digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring performance tracking and ROI analysis. Collaborate with product, sales, and channel partners to design effective in-store promotions, dealer incentives, and event activations. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, videos, and product demos in coordination with design and content teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2–3 years of experience in marketing roles within the electrical, electronics, or consumer durable industries. Strong understanding of marketing automation, campaign management, and digital analytics tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
