Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Marketing Executive with expertise in email marketing, marketing automation, lead generation, and calling . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating impactful email campaigns, driving engagement, optimizing for SEO, and using tools like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and ZoomInfo to generate and engage high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing Campaigns & Automations: Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns from scratch, testing different email elements including CTAs, segments, and send time to optimize for the best possible results. Hands-on experience with leading marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, Eloqua or Salesforce . Lead Generation & Calling: Generate and qualify leads through a combination of outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media engagement . Use LinkedIn , LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and ZoomInfo to identify and research potential leads and decision-makers. Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign reports including opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes, and more. Use data insights to make recommendations for improvement, refine targeting, and enhance overall campaign performance. SEO Management: Oversee and execute SEO activities, ensuring that content and campaigns align with SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and enhance website visibility. Qualifications: Ø Minimum 4-7 years of experience in marketing Ø B.E or MBA graduate Ø Preferably working in Digital Marketing Agency or from any Microsoft partner company Ø Good communication skills
