In this role, you will not only work hands-on with app UI, website designs, and video content but also mentor and manage a team of designers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design direction for live projects, app screens, and web interfaces Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into intuitive design solutions Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and marketing creatives Produce engaging video content for product promotions and social media Review and improve design outputs from junior designers Manage and mentor the design team, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices Must-Have Skills: Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, branding, and motion graphics Excellent video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools Proven ability to lead design teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and presentation skills Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in SaaS or product-based UI/UX design Familiarity with prototyping tools and motion design principles Understanding of user behavior and accessibility standards Ability to conduct design reviews and give constructive feedback Perks & Benefits: 5-day work week Flexible working hours Paid leaves Growth and learning opportunities Learning budget Fun events and team activities every Friday Company Overview: EasyComm Innovations is a product-based IT company focused on building high-quality apps and tools for the Shopify ecosystem.
