Role Purpose

Mechanical designing of HV components like Battery, OBC & DCDC converter

Responsibilities/ Task

  • Having Mechanical design experience around 3-5 years (BE/BTech) 0-2 years (ME/MTech)
  • Experience in Handling complex 3D models & 2D drawings in PLM environment (Catia preferred)
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes like HPDC, Sheet metal stamping & Plastic Injection moulding and understand design requirements based on these manufacturing process
  • Basic understanding of GD&T application, drawings creation
  • Worked on basic design calculations (structural & thermal)
  • Understands BEV/HEV systems
  • Good communication skills

Key Performance Indicators

  • Good knowledge of Catia 3D & 2D
  • Good communication skills

Educational Qualification

BE Mechanical / Mechatronics

No. Of Years Of Work Experience

  • 3-5 Years

Critical Skill Sets (Technical)

  • Basic mechanical design
  • Basic structural / Thermal calculations

Critical Skill Sets (Behavioral)

  • Basic Communication skills

Proficiency in languages

English (required), German will be added advantage
