Greetings from TechMahindra! We are currently hiring for Sr. Associate Analyst BPS - Operations (UK-Semi Voice) to work with our internal teams here in Noida. Role: Operations Specialist U2 (Fulltime/Permanent) Designation as per TechM: Sr. Associate Analyst - BPS/U2 Location: Noida Sector 60, UP Experience: 2years 6Years Work More: Work from office (5 days) Shift: UK (12PM – 9:30PM, Fixed week off’s on Sat & Sun) – Two way transportation will be given within the radius of 30KMS from the above locations. Client: Reputed brand from UK (Product Based/ 800 years old) Payroll: Tech Mahindra Responsibilities: Operations Specialists will usually deal with the freelancing Examiners where they have to take care about their work and commissions (Payments). Should provide customer service over emails and resolve their issues by giving best solutions. Will coordinate in between freelancing examiners and client. Required: Should have at least minimum 2Years of experience working in an international project. Good email drafting skills and should have hands-on experience with MS Excel. Should be able to handle the international process. Need Graduation in any field.
