Ticketing Executive ( after office hours ) Company: Parry Travels, Murugappa Group Location: Chennai Qualification: Any degree, Diploma (Diploma in IATA added advantage) Experience: 3 - 4 years of experience in both domestic and international ticketing using Amadeus. Job Responsibilities: Independently manage client interactions and provide both Domestic and international ticketing services for Corporate / individual clients. Handle booking requests, cancellations, and modifications on time , on their own. Maintain a professional rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service post sales. Being professional, patient, and have a "people-first" attitude Requirements: Male candidates preferred Strong communication skills ( English & Tamil ) and ability to work independently. Knowledge of Amadeus ticketing systems and LCC booking platforms Language: Strong verbal and written English Open to work in any shift timings
