Sr. Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with 3 to 7 years of professional experience and advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of architectural design, building systems, and construction documentation processes using BIM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design projects from concept through construction.
• Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed Revit-based BIM models.
• Oversee the production of high-quality construction documents.
• Collaborate with consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Coordinate clash detection and BIM model reviews.
• Mentor and support junior architects in Revit and BIM standards.
• Participate in design presentations and client meetings.
• Implement and uphold BIM execution plans and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 3–7 years of professional experience in architecture firms.
• Advanced expertise in Revit – including family creation, parametric modeling, and project setup.
• Strong knowledge of BIM methodologies and interoperability with tools like Navisworks, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BIM certification or Autodesk Revit professional certification.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
• Familiarity with international building codes and green building practices (LEED, IGBC, etc.).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
