Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility

Handson experience of IT & Infosec purchase in ITES Company eg Software, Hardware, Networking, Security, Services etc.
Can keep pace and handle high volume of Purchase Requisition.
Demonstrate Negotiation Skills, Vendor Contract Management, Audit and Compliance Documentation.
Command on English communication ie writing and speaking.
Good knowledge of entire P2P cycle and process and SAP ERP
Very good understanding of Company business and Procurement Policy
Ability to understand current issues and expectations and to align jobs with the same

Requirement

Specialized knowledge and independent handling of Purchase of IT (Infra & Business) and Infosec
Vendor Negotiation, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management
Good Negotiation skills to put forth Company objectives and ensure mutuality of interests
Inter-personal skills to facilitate inter-departmental working
Good Knowledge of ISO Compliance and IFC controls in the area of responsibility
Good Knowledge of working SAP as ERP.
Creativity and communication skills to facilitate working of systems
