Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Specialist located in Mumbai. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, evaluating and negotiating contracts, and procuring necessary resources. Daily tasks include sourcing and attracting suitable candidates, analyzing procurement needs, and negotiating with vendors to optimize costs and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Recruiting skills and experience in sourcing candidates
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess sourcing strategies
• Effective Communication skills for liaising with vendors and stakeholders
• Relevant experience in the same sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
