As a Sourcing Specialist at Deccan AI, you will develop and execute strategies to build and scale our network of specialized contractors across niche skill setsranging from AI/ML, to management consultant, and other high-demand roles. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, running experiments to attract top-tier talent, analyzing data to validate hypotheses, and scaling successful initiatives that support our ambitious growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute diverse strategies to attract and onboard contractors across multiple niche categories like: Drilling Engineer Arabic Language Expert Indian language experts Mud Lodger Machine learning Engineering Mathematics PhD Management Consultants Investment Bankers etc. Develop and assess hypotheses for sourcing high-quality leads using both traditional and innovative methods. Scale successful experiments into major initiatives, making them a significant focus of your work. Requirements: +2 years of experience in specialist recruitment, searching Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, and adapt to changing priorities. Good to have experience in growth roles, with a focus contractor or vendor networks. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and technical skills. Work Environment: In-office, based out of Hyderabad. Collaborative team environment with a focus on contractor network growth.
