HR Intern

Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Candidate Shortlisting Assist in identifying and shortlisting potential candidates for various roles across departments. Work closely with team leads to understand the ideal candidate profiles, job descriptions, and key requirements for open positions. Support the recruitment team in screening resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates. Data Entry & Management Manage and update HR records, including candidate databases, employee information, and recruitment activities. Ensure that all data is accurately entered into HR systems and kept up-to-date. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and handle administrative tasks with attention to detail. Communication Support Assist in drafting and sending communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and other HR-related correspondence. Help prepare internal announcements, job postings, and other written materials for team-wide communication. Event & Meeting Coordination Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating internal meetings, workshops, and HR events. Help with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes during discussions. Coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person events, ensuring all materials and resources are available in advance. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
