Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell solar products such as panels, inverters, and batteries across assigned areas in Odisha
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and local contacts
• Explain benefits of solar energy solutions to households, farmers, small businesses, and institutions
• Conduct basic site assessments and feasibility checks at customer locations
• Provide quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales and daily visits in company CRM or reporting systems
• Coordinate with local dealers, distributors, and installation teams
• Provide basic customer support and follow-up after installation
• Educate customers about available government schemes or subsidies, if applicable

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred (Science or Commerce background is a plus)
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in solar, energy, or electronics
• Must be familiar with the local areas and speak Odia fluently
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Willing to travel extensively across assigned districts
