We’re looking for someone who can design, execute, and manage solar projects end-to-end — someone who solves problems, not waits for them. A builder who takes ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Design on-grid and hybrid solar systems based on site conditions and customer needs
• Prepare BOQs, drawings, and execution plans
• Manage and coordinate project execution with installation teams, vendors, and customers
• Ensure timely material movement, quality checks, and safety
• Handle post-installation service requests and follow up until resolution
• Maintain project documentation and service records

Who We’re Looking For

• 1 to 4 years experience in solar or electrical project work
• Experience with system design software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, etc.) is a plus
• Clear communicator and project manager — not afraid to take charge
• Thinks ahead, plans well, and takes accountability
• Keeps learning — open to better ways of working
• Genuinely believes solar can make a difference

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
