What You Will Do:-

-Take full ownership to capture the Alappuzha solar market.

- Independently generate leads, meet homeowners, and build strong client relationships.

- Educate customers on the long-term financial benefits and environmental impact of going solar.

- Strategize and adapt sales techniques dynamically; work smarter with AI tools and CRMs.

- Bring continuous market intelligence back to our team.

- Collaborate with the internal Customer Relationship Team (CRS) to maximize client success.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, sales trends, and smarter selling methods.

Who You Are:-

- Candidates with 1–2 years of field sales experience. Having experience in solar, home improvement, insurance, or real estate is a bonus.

- Intrapreneur mindset - you think and act like a business owner, not an employee.

- Excellent at building relationships, negotiating deals, and handling objections gracefully.

- Tech-savvy and always eager to learn new tools (AI, CRM, Mobile Apps).

- Strong work ethic - takes initiative without being micro-managed.
