Software Trainer (Madurai)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled IT Training Faculty member to join our institution. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in core and advanced IT programming languages and frameworks, and a flair for teaching and mentoring students effectively. Key Responsibilities : Deliver classroom and online training sessions on IT subjects including C, C++, Java, PHP, Python, Angular, React.js , and other relevant technologies. Prepare and update course materials, training manuals, and assignments based on current industry trends. Conduct practical sessions and real-time project-based learning to improve students' hands-on skills. Evaluate student performance through assessments, project reviews, and feedback. Guide and support students in developing their final year projects and internships. Stay updated with the latest IT technologies and suggest improvements in the curriculum. Handle doubt-clearing sessions and maintain a positive learning environment.
