Software Support Engineer - SQL Requirements Experience required : Fresher Education : B.Tech -CS/ MCA Graduation % : 65% and above Graduation Year: 2024/2025 Work Location : Kochi/ Thrissur US shift - (10:00 PM IST - 6:30 AM IST). Working days can vary based on clients requirement Proficiency in SQL Server/MYSQL is mandatory Immediate joiners Responsibilities: Ø Act as a technical liaison between clients and the internal development team. Ø Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot client-reported issues in our ERP software. Ø Perform root cause analysis and deliver effective solutions within defined timelines. Ø Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues. Ø Document client interactions, reported issues, and solutions in a clear and organized manner. Ø Communicate effectively with clients throughout the issue resolution process. Ø Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and efficient support.
