Job Summary:

Ping Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and upgrade
PingFederate
in development and production environments
Onboard applications and configure authentication using
PingFederate
and
SecureAuth
Implement and troubleshoot
SAML 2.0
,
OAuth
, and
MFA
integrations
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure smooth deployment
Provide
L2/L3 support
for integrated applications
Monitor and resolve authentication and authorization issues
Perform certificate management and updates
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Required Skills & Experience:

3–6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Strong hands-on experience with
PingFederate
and
SecureAuth
Proficiency in
SSO
,
SAML 2.0
,
OAuth
, and
MFA configuration
Familiarity with
LDAP/AD
for user authentication
Experience in troubleshooting SSO-related issues
Good understanding of IAM concepts and best practices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

Exposure to
Okta
,
ForgeRock
, or
SailPoint
is a plus
Experience with
MOVEit
,
DART jobs
, and
certificate upgrades
Prior experience working in 24x7 or EST time zone environments

Work Environment:

This is an
onsite
role based out of our
Jaipur office
Candidate should be
willing to relocate to Jaipur
if not already local
Must be
comfortable working Night Shift - US Eastern Time hours
(9:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)
