The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring cost-effectiveness and consistency of our applications and tools, promoting technological evolution, and minimizing demands for major improvements during their lifecycle. Additionally, the role holder will monitor application performance from a product and end-to-end perspective, ensuring adequate capacity to meet business requirements and customer growth projections. What you will do: Deliver comprehensive application development support activities. Implement support for complex change modes. Contribute to the resolution of incidents through restorative support.
