Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a Soft Skill Trainer at Healthfirst Technologies. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing and delivering presentations, enhancing life skills, improving communication, and teaching soft skills to employees.

Qualifications

• Presentation Skills and Training & Development expertise
• Strong abilities in Life Skills and Communication
• Strong exposure in handling E-mail writing
• Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Hyderabad
• Relevant certification in Soft Skills training is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
