Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other key platforms. You will create content, manage community interactions, run campaigns, and help scale brand visibility and engagement. 🛠 Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and publish engaging content (Reels, stories, posts, and UGC) Manage daily posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Monitor engagement, reply to DMs/comments, and handle community queries Collaborate with graphic/video editors and photographers for visuals Coordinate with influencers for UGC and partnerships Track key metrics like reach, engagement, followers, and conversions Assist in running paid ad creatives and boosting content (with performance team) Stay updated with social media trends and viral content ideas Maintain content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns 🧠 Key Skills Required:Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & social algorithms Hands-on with Canva, basic video editing, and content scheduling tools Creativity in captions, storytelling, and trending hooks Strong communication (English + Hindi preferred) Knowledge of fashion/activewear audience is a plus Bonus: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and WhatsApp Business Tools 📈 Performance Indicators (KPIs):Weekly content output Engagement rate Growth in followers Increase in website traffic via social posts UGC and influencer collaborations
