Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and social media strategy aligned with business goals. Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different platforms and audiences. Plan and produce engaging, original, and high-performing content (text, images, video, etc.). Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across platforms using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others. Stay up to date with the latest digital technologies, platform updates, and social media trends. Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency. Develop and manage social ad campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages in a timely and brand-aligned manner. Manage influencer collaborations and UGC initiatives to extend reach and impact. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in digital/social media management, preferably in a brand or agency environment. Proven ability to grow and manage online communities. Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Experience with paid social advertising platforms and analytics. Strong organizational and time management skills. Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, tracking KPIs, and reporting.
