Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

Experience: 3-5 year

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, grow brand awareness, engage with our audience, and support overall digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends, content creation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging content (text, image, video, reels, stories) tailored for each platform
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to create social media campaigns
• Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze performance using insights/analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports
• Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Keep up to date with the latest social media best practices and trends
• Coordinate with influencers and manage collaborations if applicable

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media pages for a brand or business
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, InShot, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of social media advertising platforms
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
