About the Role

We’re seeking a highly creative, strategic, and self-driven Social Media Manager who understands Social Media Management comprising of Instagram and LinkedIn.
This role involves managing the personal brand of Mareesha Parikh and the digital presence of her companies Nautanki Company (creative events agency).

This role is ideal for someone who can blend strategy with storytelling, has a sharp eye for visual design and trends, and enjoys creating impact through digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute a weekly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
  • Manage Mareesha Parikh’s personal brand on LinkedIn – including content ideation, post writing, and engagement building
  • Write concepts & scripts for Reels/Posts/Carousels
  • Work with designers/editors for visual content (shoot, edit, post)
  • Ability to edit videos on phone and on softwares byself
  • Regularly track insights and analyze engagement to optimize performance
  • Maintain a pipeline of content across all handles
  • Content ideation and stay updated on trends, hashtags, and platform updates
  • Manage professional engagement — replying to DMs, comments, messages
  • Coordinate with PR teams, collaborators, photographers, and production houses as needed
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, design aesthetic, and digital storytelling

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management (agency or in-house brand)
  • Strong command of LinkedIn content strategy and audience building
  • Exceptional copywriting & storytelling skills — crisp, clean, and audience-relevant
  • Creative mindset with a deep understanding of aesthetics, content hooks, and video-first strategies
  • Experience in managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube content
  • Ability to shoot, content development, and team communication
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Premier pro, other editing apps and software
  • Editing skills
  • Strong understanding of Reels editing, scripting, and ideation
  • Good organizational and time management skills — ability to deliver as per timelines
  • Professional, proactive, and up-to-date with platform trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or a related field
  • Past experience managing personal brands, wedding/lifestyle brands, or creative agencies is a plus
  • Visual design sensibility and understanding of luxury branding is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
