The Opportunity: Are you the social media maven that Playo has been waiting for? As our Social Media Manager, you'll manage an online community that buzzes with energy. From sparking conversations on LinkedIn to hitting home runs with Instagram reels, you'll be the power play behind our brand. So, grab your digital jersey – let's hit the social media field and make every connection count! Responsibilities: ● Devise and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives ● Plan, produce, and publish engaging content, in line with the content calendar, on platforms including YouTube, Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), Twitter (X), Reddit and LinkedIn ● Ideate and conceptualize different storytelling and develop content buckets that resonate with the audience and create brand awareness ● Monitor content performance, analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates, and customer feedback), and optimize content to achieve KPIs ● Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling social media content ● Develop and publish a mix of text, image, and video content to drive awareness and engagement ● Engage with our online community through timely responses, and drive relevant engagement through the brand’s handle ● Encourage and curate UGC from customers and followers to build community and trust ● Foster positive relationships with customers, influencers, and stakeholders ● Stay updated on social media tools, features, trends and advertising options Requirements: ● 3+ years of experience managing organic social media for a consumer brand or digital platform ● Proven track record of growing pages or significantly increasing reach organically ● Experience collaborating with internal teams and external creators for smooth content execution ● Creative mindset with a strategic lens — every post has a purpose ● Strong understanding of online content trends and audience behavior across platforms ● Strong creative judgment and ability to guide visual and content direction aligned with brand voice ● You’ll have an added advantage if you are a sports enthusiast.
