Social Media Handler – Platform Operations & Engagement

Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Handler to take full charge of content publishing, scheduling, and audience engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, trend-aware, and comfortable managing YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

A. Platform Execution:

• Upload videos, Reels, Stories, and Posts on time
• Optimize titles, captions, thumbnails, and hashtags
• Schedule posts consistently as per the calendar

B. Community Engagement:

• Reply to all Instagram DMs, YouTube/Facebook comments within 24 hours
• Manage WhatsApp broadcasts and Telegram group updates
• Moderate community chats and drive interaction

C. Team & Calendar Coordination:

• Work closely with the editing and content teams
• Follow up on video shoots and trainer inputs
• Maintain folder cleanliness and asset naming protocols

D. Trend Monitoring & Contribution:

• Track daily/weekly social trends
• Integrate 3–5 trend-based formats weekly
• Suggest content improvement or trend ideas every month

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Media, Marketing, Communication preferred
• But candidates with any diploma/degree can apply – we need commitment, quick learning, and digital skills
• Basic content handling and social media experience
• Strong follow-up and organizational ability

KPIs

• 95%+ content uploaded as per calendar
• 8–10% monthly IG & YouTube growth
• 95%+ response rate on DMs/comments
• 40%+ open rates on WhatsApp
• Minimum 2 content/trend ideas monthly
