Job Description

Role Summary:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing the center’s social media presence to build trust, educate the audience, support patient engagement, and enhance the brand image in the sensitive and specialized field of fertility and IVF treatments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop a social media calendar that aligns with the clinic’s marketing goals, health awareness days, and fertility-related events.
  • Plan educational and emotionally supportive content around IVF procedures, patient journeys, FAQs, doctor spotlights, etc.
  • Ensure all content maintains empathy, medical accuracy, and brand tone.

2. Content Creation

  • Create engaging, informative, and compassionate content such as:
  • Doctor interviews
  • Patient testimonials (with consent)
  • Infographics on fertility treatments
  • Fertility tips, success stories, and Q&A posts
  • Collaborate with doctors, counselors, and designers for accurate visuals and videos.

3. Channel Management

  • Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Regularly post content, engage with followers, and manage post scheduling tools.
  • Optimize bio sections, highlights, and profiles to reflect services clearly.

4. Community Engagement & Support

  • Respond promptly and sensitively to DMs, comments, and inquiries, maintaining privacy and empathy.
  • Coordinate with patient care teams to follow up on leads from social media.
  • Moderate comments to avoid misinformation or harmful content.

5. Campaigns & Promotions

  • Run paid ad campaigns to promote fertility awareness webinars, IVF packages, or consultations.
  • Track campaign performance and work with digital marketing teams for lead generation.

6. Reputation & Crisis Management

  • Monitor reviews and mentions across platforms.
  • Flag negative feedback or sensitive issues to management and coordinate appropriate responses.
  • Handle misinformation and FAQs with accurate, doctor-approved content.

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and lead conversions from social media.
  • Submit regular reports and optimize content strategy based on insights.

  • Scheduling: Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite
  • Design: Canva, Adobe Express
  • Video Editing: InShot, CapCut
  • Analytics: Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics

Key Skills Required:

  • Empathetic communication
  • Strong understanding of healthcare & fertility topics
  • Content creation & video editing
  • Social media trend awareness
  • Basic healthcare compliance knowledge (e.g., patient confidentiality)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
