As a ServiceNow AI Developer/Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent workflows and AI-powered features on the ServiceNow platform. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow development along with a solid understanding of AI/ML technologies like predictive intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Natural Language Understanding (NLU). Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing AI features such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and NLU within the ServiceNow environment. You will also be tasked with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM with AI-driven enhancements and integrating external AI platforms like OpenAI or Azure AI for advanced use cases. Collaboration with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI automation and efficiency improvements will be a crucial aspect of your role. Setting up and fine-tuning Now Assist and related capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem, developing Virtual Agent topics and decision trees, and implementing predictive models using ServiceNow's Predictive Intelligence are among the key tasks that you will handle. Moreover, you will create, manage, and test custom ML solutions within ServiceNow Studio or via APIs, ensuring high-quality documentation, test coverage, and governance of AI models and features. It will be essential for you to stay abreast of the latest trends in ServiceNow and AI, keeping up with new releases and best practices in the field.,
