SNOW Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer at Visionet Systems, you will be responsible for collaborating with Project and Program Management, Systems Design and Delivery, Quality Assurance, Production Support, and Infrastructure teams. You must hold certifications such as ServiceNow CIS IT Service Management Certified and ServiceNow Admin certified, demonstrating your understanding and experience with ServiceNow ITIL framework. Your expertise should encompass various ServiceNow components including Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, PPM, Discovery, Knowledge, and CMDB. Experience in cloud environments like AWS/Azure is crucial, with a preference for certifications in AWS and Azure. You should be adept at integrating third-party tools through REST API and OOB ServiceNow Connectors. Your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying technical ServiceNow components such as business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, catalog items, workflows, web services, and reports. Proficiency in programming languages like HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, JavaScript API, Client and Server-side Scripting, ServiceNow API's, Web Services is essential. Skills in HTML, JavaScript-Angular JS, XML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, SOAP, and REST are required. You should have demonstrated experience with application servers, development tools, build tools, and configuration management practices. Your responsibilities will also include working with databases (Oracle, DB2, MySQL, SQL Server), data modeling, and database design. SQL expertise and performance tuning are expected. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effectively conveying complex technical concepts. Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are critical.
