As a Software Developer at our company, you will be responsible for independently completing small- to medium-sized features and defects. You will actively participate in team planning activities and triage simple issues independently, while seeking some assistance for more complex issues. Your role will involve contributing to the technical design and review of features under guidance and consistently following best practices and guidelines. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to mentor new team members, prioritize your own work effectively, and gain a deep understanding of the business supported by your applications. It is essential to proactively communicate status and issues to your manager and propose ideas within the team to enhance efficiency through automation. Additionally, you will engage in focused learning to excel in one or more technical areas and demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting delivery deadlines, especially those critical to continued success. Basic Qualifications: - Possess 2+ years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor's or associate degree, OR equivalent - Proficiency in back-end development using Python and Java - Experience in Full Stack software development with React, Javascript, and Typescript - Knowledge of development in AWS, GCP, or Azure - Familiarity with microservice development involving REST APIs - Ability to triage and manage complex production issues - Understanding of AI/ML technologies and frameworks - Excellent communication skills, particularly in a distributed team environment - Capability to pair program with other team members Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in an omni-channel retail environment - Familiarity with GraphQL and event-driven design - Proficiency in relational database and NoSQL databases - Knowledge of tools like Jira, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Splunk, or Kibana Join our team and contribute to our innovative projects, working collaboratively to achieve our goals and enhance our technical capabilities.,
