Responsibilities

* Plan, implement, and manage organic social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

* Develop engaging content and creatives in collaboration with the design team.

* Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights, Hootsuite, or Buffer.

* Run A/B tests and optimize posts for better engagement.

* Stay updated with trends and algorithm changes.

* Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage community reputation.

Requirements

* 2–4 years of proven experience in SMO or social media marketing.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.

* Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.

* Excellent communication and content writing skills.
