Site Execution Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer – Formwork Execution

Experience: 1 to 2 Years (Formwork knowledge required; execution experience preferred)

Location: Ahmedabad (Local candidates only)

Job Description:

We are hiring a dedicated Site Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience or strong knowledge in formwork/aluminium formwork systems. The ideal candidate must be from Ahmedabad, fluent in Gujarati, and ready to handle multiple sites for daily execution and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and supervise formwork-related activities across multiple sites within

Ahmedabad.

● Ensure smooth site execution, even if prior execution experience is limited (formwork

knowledge is a must).

● Visit multiple construction sites daily to monitor progress, resolve issues, and collect

reports.

● Communicate effectively with site teams and labor in Gujarati.

● Collect and compile daily site reports, issues, and progress updates.

● Work closely with the senior engineers and project managers to meet project deadlines.

● Use MS Excel for reporting and professional email communication for documentation and

coordination.

Requirements:

● Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (Compulsory)

● Formwork knowledge is essential (execution experience preferred but not mandatory)

● Must be local to Ahmedabad and familiar with city routes and locations

● Fluency in Gujarati (spoken and written) is mandatory

● Must have their own two-wheeler (Petrol allowance provided by the company)

● Ability to manage multiple sites independently

● Good knowledge of Excel and email communication
