Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Engineer to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
• Resolve any on-site technical issues or conflicts.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,965.26 - ₹32,857.35 per month
