1. Labour Management
Maintain daily attendance and monitor punctuality of all labourers.
Ensure workforce is utilized effectively and assigned as per their skills (mason, carpenter, helper, bar bender, etc).
2. Materials Management
Maintain a daily material register – track incoming, used, and leftover materials.
Ensure correct materials are being used as per drawing/specifications.
3. Planning & Execution
Interpret and execute work as per architectural and structural drawings.
Prepare weekly work schedules and coordinate daily tasks.
4. Technical Supervision
Verify levels, alignment, and plumb of formwork and RCC elements.
Ensure reinforcement bars are placed correctly as per BBS and drawings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
