Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in HVAC project execution for a service-based engineering company. The ideal candidate will handle complete site management — from survey, planning, and material coordination to installation supervision and final handover — ensuring high-quality delivery of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.

✅ Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and finalize HVAC equipment locations and routing
• Prepare and coordinate with design and estimation teams for approvals
• Manage procurement and delivery schedules of materials and equipment
• Plan and supervise HVAC installation ensuring quality and safety compliance
• Perform system testing, including nitrogen pressure and leak checks
• Coordinate commissioning and provide operational training to clients
• Handle billing, documentation, and ensure smooth project handover with warranties.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC project execution or MEP services
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and materials
• Familiarity with layout drawings, and estimation coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication, client coordination, and site reporting skills.

✅ Preferred Skills:

• Experience with service-based or AMC projects
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (for layout understanding)
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
